You are booking a private en-suite room within a shared property, not an entire home. Your bedroom and en-suite bathroom are private, while the kitchen, dining area and patio are shared with other guests. There is no shared living room/lounge area. How many rooms are in the property? The property has 6 rooms in total. What is the room size? Room 1 is 11.8 m², or 14.3 m² including the en-suite bathroom. Is the bathroom private? Yes. The room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also an additional communal bathroom within the property for guest use. What is the bed configuration? Room 1 has a King bed (150 × 200 cm). It can also be configured as two single beds if requested in advance. How many guests can stay in the room? The room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Can I request early check-in or late check-out? Early check-in and late check-out may be possible subject to availability, the next reservation and the cleaning schedule. Late check-out until 1:00pm is available for a £30 fee, subject to availability. Check-out after 1:00pm is charged at the equivalent of one additional night. Please contact us in advance and we’ll confirm what is possible. Can I drop off my luggage before check-in? Please contact us in advance to check whether this may be possible on your arrival day, as it depends on same-day departures and the cleaning schedule. Are towels and bed linen provided? Yes. Fresh towels and bed linen are included with your stay. Are towels changed daily? As a sustainable house, we prefer not to change towels every day. Towel changes depend on the length of your stay. If you need fresh towels during your stay, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help. Is parking available? Paid parking is available locally, subject to local restrictions, controlled hours and availability. PayByPhone can be used where applicable. What are the nearest stations? Clapham High Street and Clapham Common stations are approximately a 5-minute walk from the property. You’ll also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, dining area, and sunny outdoor patio. Excellent transport links are just a short walk away, with Clapham High Street Overground around 3–5 minutes away and Clapham North Underground around 5–7 minutes away, giving you easy access to the Northern Line and connections across Central London.
